Remove laces and insoles, and get rid off any loose dirt with a dry brush or gentle tap.
Place everything in a mesh bag or pillowcase, and toss it in the washing machine. If the laces are dirty, place them in a mesh bag or pillow case to prevent tangling during the wash.
Turn the bottle upside down, let the automatic dosing system work its magic, and pour into the wash dispenser.
Choose a gentle, cold cycle or no-spin setting*.
